Ok heres the deal. I've created a website, and added a side bar for navigation, but I added it into the regular space and not into frames. I can't put text or anything along the right side of the navigation, it automatically puts it beneath it. How can I fix the problem? When I put in the frames HTML code it didn't even bother to change anything, so what can I do?

Go here MY SITE. Thats the site i'm working on.

Can anyone give me a GOOD working frame code?

Who uses frames in 2007? I would look into reading some css tutorials and how to position elements, then use some

blocks to create your navigation. It looks nicer and gives you more freedom to be creative.

Just make a framed site.

You need to create a table and use that to layout your site.
