I work 9-5 mon-fri and the days that I dont see my friends are so boring. What can I do to amuse myself after work besides watch Tv, read, and have a bath go to the gym. Does anyone else get bored during the week too?

Unfortunately I work 10-12 hours a day and don't have much time for anything after work. I also have children so I am never bored. If you get bored too easily then maybe u aren't happy with what u have in your life. Try to meet new people. Maybe get a boyfriend or a cat or a puppy. I have two dogs as well as my children and I have tons of fun! No boredom here!

After returning from Court (I'm a practising Advocate) I take a little rest and again sit in my chamber attending clients and the next day's work.
Weekends are busier - Saturdays and Sundays pass studying for cases and drafting petitions, etc.
No time to get bored.
Only recreation: A bit of net-surfing at night, that too as a brief respite.
Believe me, you're much better off getting bored than longing for the boring days that'll never return...

When I come in off the road my first priority is to get in comfortable clothes, then I fix dinner and clean up the kitchen and watch some TV and off to bed because tomorrow it starts all over again. The days I am not on the road I catch up on laundry, cleaning, notes to my friends in email, phone calls. I work hard, but when I relax it's usually with my favorite guy at the end of the day, I missed him

I get bored easy. My favorite thing to do is walk on the beach, or watch a movie or learn something new. Some times I drive off into the mountains to the top of the hill to see the lights from the bottle and try to guess my house. lol

What about once a month go to happy hour and meet new friends, it's a lot of fun some of the places play games and it an opportunity to make new friends at the same time having fun. Get a hobby or get into a ministry at church there too you will met new people and have new friends.

When I had a job, I usually just plopped down and turned to the tube. But if you're looking for something different, I'd try going to the movies, or enjoying myself by doing something outside. It never hurts to get some fresh air, especially after a long day. I hope this helped you in some small way. Good Luck!!! ^_^

No, cuz I have a daughter to take care of! When I get home, I put her things away, figure out what to get for dinner, start any laundry if needed, give her a bath, some days I have to go to the store right after work, and then go home, and some days we go visit family after work until bedtime.

I have a wife, 2 children, and my dog. I work m-f 7-5 and run a small business in my free time. I wish I could feel bored once in a while. Enjoy the free time while you have it.

Dang, wish I had your problem....How old are you? The first thing I do when I get home after working (8-6), getting home at 7:00 p.m. is the dishes that are in the sink. Shoot its bed time after I grab a bite to eat and do the dishes I just dirtied so I can eat.

Find a hobby. I purchase old guns and some new guns. When I get home from work I will usually take one and tear it down, clean it, look for broken parts etc. and that fills up my void time. That is of coarse if the wife doesnt have something for me to do first.
