I'm having trouble deciding on which 1G memory upgrade to get for my lap top. I have a dell inspiron 600m and it runs at 266mhz(pc 2100). I want to go with either a pc 2700 that runs 333mhz 0r pc 3200 that runs at 400mhz. Can anyone tell me if it would make a difference with either one? i mean is it compatible? thanks.

The maximum amount of memory for the 600M is 2GB. Your machine has 2 slots which will hold 1GB each of PC2700 Memory. Shop around a bit because the price is variable. Good luck, Z
