Call girls are like prostitues. You call their number in the phone book, and then they "accompany" you for the evening. If you pay 'em enough, they will have sex with you. All you need to is that we drive on the right side of the road and that we use dollars instead of pounds. Other than that, everything is the same. Oh, also make sure that you know where you are going. If you are going to be in a big city, make sure that you stay out of really bad neighborhoods.

Yeah they're prostitutes but they don't run rampant in the streets here in the states. Usually when people say "call girl" is refers to an escort service where the woman comes to you.
