in canada you can get a form for a lottery group that makes it all legal and simple if you win the big prize . i think you can get them at the store or you might have to write and ask for one of the forms . i suggest you start with that.

draft an agreement that all will sign, ironclad. what games will be played, how often, how much you put in, how much youll get out if it hits, what happens if you dont put in that week or session, whos responsible to buy the tickets, what numbers theyll take, what happens if they fail to...etc etc..
