not til sometime after i was 17...very late bloomer i guess.
i had heard people talk about periods in school and stuff...so i had an idea what it was but you never know how it is until you actually have it. at the time i wished i had had one because i thought something was wrong with me but sometimes id like to take back that wish because the first day of the cycle is a pain in the ***.
the first time i had one...i was very worried screaming oh my gosh! what the hell? and did not understand what it was then my mom explained it to me. and i went "oh so thats a period"
anyway you must think im stupid or something...for not knowing at that age.

2 days before my 14th birthday. It was the same day our grade 8 class had a pool party to celebrate graduation...needless to say I didn't know how to use female products very well so I missed out on swimming! LOL I got a good tan and there was alot of junk food, just what I needed for that day!

2 weeks after I turned 13, I just finished the 7th grade. My mom & my aunt were there and laughed at me. I didn't know why I was bleeding. And I cried alot.

I was 13yrs old.And ashamed to carry a purse with the personals.I would put some in my pockets that drew more attention than a purse! LOL!!!
