Try taking an "abs" class at a local gym. If you want to go the cheaper (and in a sense... less stressful) route, then try doing some of the same excercises at home. Here's some examples:
Lie on the floor with your kness bent at about a 70 angle. Put your hands behind you head, elbows bent. Make sure there is enough room between your chin and your chest to fit your fist. Lift your shoulder blades 1 to 2 in. off the floor using you ab muscles. Do 12-15 reps a day (start w/ 1 set and increase by 1/2 to 1 set a day)
Get into the same position as the above excercise. Put your right calf on your left knee. Now bring your left elbow to your right (bent) knee. Do 10 reps, then switch the position of your legs and do 10 more reps.
Get into a push-up position and place your hand directly beside each other, forming a diamond or triangle between your hands. Hold this position for 30 seconds (increase the hold time by 20-30 seconds every day)
Get into a push-up position. Turn on your side so only one hand and one foot are on the ground. Rest the other foot on the supporting foot, and have your other hand by your side. Hold this for 30 seconds (increase by 20 seconds every day)
I hope that this helped!!!

just do 100 crunches in a row, then another 100, & you will notice an immediate difference. [i do] These will help if you feel, like REALLY bloated after eating a large meal...however, I'm not sure if doing them on a regular basis would make that huge of a difference or not. I'm looking into it to see if I should add the to my daily routine...
Also, before you eat anything, start out with a glass of water and/or a light salad, because this will curb your appetite slightly so you won't be as likely to eat too much.
Like others have said, do pushups, & situps. Also, try to do aerobic exercise (biking, jogging, briskly walking, jumproping...) 30 minutes 4-5 times a week, & your whole body will be in shape.
Hope I helped! ; )

Janet Jackson has incredible abs. She does 200 situps a day and drinks plenty of water to "flush out the fat."

Don't eat any refined (white) flour products. Run, do cruches. Eat more Fresh foods (fruit and Veg.) Don't drink alcohol, soda, or any other sugary stuff. Eat the leanest meat possible. If you can keep that up for two months....youv'e got a flat stomach. As far as KEEPing it that way.....good luck.
