Its called the Boppy I loved that thing, and when my daughter was learning how to sit I would put it around her so she wouldnt fall over.

My wife tried the boppy, but then someone told her about another one that she loved using way more. It called My Brest Friend Pillow. See link below.

Its called a Boppy, they have the new Boppy out that has the strechy middle for better comfort

It is a boppy and you can buy them just about at any store. Be sure to buy the removable covers for them though you'll want to through it in the wash every few days.
