Here's what I'm looking for:

-At least 200 MB
-Good Bandwidth
-No File Size Limitations or File Limitations
-FTP Access
-No Ads (I would consider hosts with ads, just banner though, no popups)

I currently use freewebtown.com which is great but my site has been down lately. I would really like something free and a host that its servers stay up. Thanks!

If you are serious about creating websites for your business, don't go for free webhosting as they are not reliable and you may end up losing all your work. They usually put ads on your websites and it could be annoying.

If you intend to create a few websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website), go for multiple web hosting where you could handle your websites in one account.

I would suggest following webhosting , they are quite good.

Hostmonster http://www.anurl.com/?PQMRY

They offer hosting of "unlimited domains" and you will get massive webspace of 200000 MB (200 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer "a free Domain Name" and installing service called "Fantastico". By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer "Free Website Builder" as well.
Visit the site to check details.

Domains
Following site is quite good to register domains as price is reasonable with free privacy. Some charge about $5/ year just for free privacy.

There is a free web host called Freewebs.com, which offers webspace, maybe not as much as you need though. It has a great GUI and no FTP is needed, due to the fact that you can upload up to 20 items at a time through your browser.

There are a lot of free hosting sites, however, remember that you get what you pay for. There are many hosting sites that are reasonable and will even let you pay monthly instead of all at once. You will have more control over how you manage your site and you will get more bandwidth and storage.
