i don't think he is. if he were, HE would be the one running to get the paternity test.

Hi! I have the same thoughts as you. I figure if he is the father, he would have gotten the paternity test and been done with it to prove he is the father.
Since he is doing all he can to avoid the test, it appears he is NOT the BIOLOGICAL FATHER of Anna's baby girl.
I understand that he is using the Bahamian Law of him being the legal father there since his name was placed on the birth certificate.

No he's not, Howard Stern was more of a watcher for Anna Nicole Smith, the one that halfway tried to keep her out of trouble and getting bad publicity. I guess since she didn't know who the baby's father was, her being his client had to make her look good in the spotlight. Therefore, he became the baby's daddy, and Anna Nicole treated him like crap to much to actually have a relationship with her.

I don't believe he is. He was more the Sugar Daddy type to Anna Nicole until they got serious. I believe she was more for the young, fine, player type.
I don't care who the father is. I just hope they hurry up and find out because after all is said and done... Danilyn is the one suffering without her mother or fathers love... Now isn't she?

Sadly, I don't think he is. He would be better off with Stern then Birkhead because Birkhead would allow Anna's mom to see the baby. That mother is evil and I hope she never gets her hands (or her belt) on Dannielynn.

i do no longer think of they're going to. She would not appear like she is able to marry returned...and that i actually have faith the photographers tale so lots extra advantageous than his. Anna Nicole i'm afraid isn't too bright yet she is customary with of to no longer marry for no reason...and certainly i do no longer even think of they are dating will final. ~*V*~

Maybe so, maybe not.... he is" too much into himself "to really care as far as I am concerned...Give all the men from the past 20 years a paternity test to really find out !!!!

I think Larry Birkhead is the father. Even Anna's former assistant, Kim comfirms it on her myspace.com page.
