Do you know of a humor magazine?

I am looking for this magazine with humor, jokes, cartoons and a section with kids say the cutest things or darnedest things. I don't remember. I am looking for the name of the magazine, not a website with jokes. It's more for females.

mad magazine. its really funny they make fun of celebs and stuff. its based off the tv show mad tv.
