Do you really want to do that? Enamored though I am of the Romans and their language, I can't think of a Roman name I would willingly pin on a son. If I absolutely had to , I suppose it would be Marcus (which also tends to be the favorite name for the heroes of historical novels set in ancient Rome). Of course, if you're interested in the English version of a Roman name, you're on somewhat better ground. There are Mark, Quentin (from Quintus), Horace, Vergil/Virgil, Claude, Antony, Patrick, Paul, Terence, Tully, Julian--or, it you want to use a name in all its Roman glory, Augustus. I've actually known two men with that name, although for one it's only his middle name. Actually, if your first-born should be a girl, your choices are a little better. You can consider Aurelia, Antonia, Camilla, Cecilia, Claudia, Cornelia, Diana (the name of a goddess), Drusilla, Lavinia, Lucia, Lucretia. Marcella, Marcia, Octavia, Paula, Portia, Priscilla, Sibylla, Silvia, VIrginia, and probably a few others that I've overlooked or wouldn't consider giving to a child today. Most of these are the feminine forms of men's names ending in -us, but a few go back to Roman legend and myth. Choose wisely!

I always liked Yadiel for a boy . I think is a very unique name that you don't hear a lot. For a girl I always liked Isabel, for me it sounds like a princess type of name, perfect for a little girl.
Good Luck!
