Adsense is free if you have a registered domain name. Google does not register domain names. You can probably find a free place to register your domain name. ("Adwords", a different thing, is *not* free.) You may not make much money from it if you have a small site with not much traffic and not too many clicks. One of my sites has made zilch from it.

YES - Adsense is completely free. All you have to do is to create a website or blog, then apply to the program
