WE PURCHASED A MODULAR HOME HERE IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. WE ARE PUTTING THE HOUSE UP ON 10 FOOT PILINGS AND NOW THE INTERIOR FLOOR FROM ONE END OF THE HOUSE TO THE OTHER IS 3.5 INCH DROP IN 60 FEET. I CAN NOT FIND ANY INFORMATION ABOUT HOW FOR OFF LEVEL THE FLOOR IS ALLOWED. I HAVE HAD A HOME INSPECTOR CHECK IT OUT AND HE DOES'NT KNOW THE ANSWER. MY LOCAL BUILDING INSPECTOR ARE ALSO UN-ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY INFO. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE ALLOWABLE FLOOR VARIATION IS. I NEED PHYSICAL PROOF ON WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECAITED.
