Mirium? I like Mirium. I don't know if you misspelled it, but I've never heard Mariam. If it's pronounced the same, I like it, but if it's like Maria with an m, don't like it that much.

I always thought the name from the bible was spelled "Miriam" never heard of the Mariam spelling!! sounds like a cross between marion and miriam...weird!!

Its roots are in Hebrew.

I don't know if it is a popular name these days though.

I personally dont like it that much, but it is unique, you can prob. twist it to make something cuter-like- MARIE ANN????
