The term third world is subjective. It comes from the french revolution and the third estate which was the poorest. Today it is used to refer to a developing nation that doesnt seem to be advanced in technology or industrialization.

Because that is what it means. Stop with the PC. We use to call them poor countries now we can say that anymore.
