how to get graphics, sound effect , animation to my mails?

i saw a mail where the name of person was moving from right to left. i think marquee effect of HTML code was given to it. i too want to try doing that . does anybody know how to do it?

An easy way of doing this is to use an e-mail program called incredimail with this you can have all sorts of effects and animations
