to get the whole skirt and all the rosettes replaced on a western saddle?

Depends if you find a good deal. If not, I think it would be cheaper to get a new saddle. The rosettes wouldn't be much at all, but a skirt, I don't know. They would have to repad it too which alone is like $30.00.
