If you shop carefully you can find both. When I was strapped for cash, I've shopped at New York and Company, Target, JCPenney (when they have a sale), and some smaller shops in the mall. Whether they are revealing or not is up to you.

Hmmm. This is what I do ;) I save money and make a whole plan out of this.... I make a date every couple months and with the saved money I hit the outlet stores. That way I am buying good quality cute clothes at affordable prices, and still maintaining my weight.
Where do you live?

Try Sarah Jessica Parker's new line at Steve & Barry's. It's a trendy/sporty line, sizes 2-22, and all the pieces are under 20 bucks.

I am like you . Believe it or not re-sale shops are the best place. I have even found decent things at thrift stores. I am a dancer so what I wear is important. Good places for those on a budget but want to look nice.

I'm not sure where you live, but if you have a Gap Clearence center or a H&M I would start there. Old Navy usually have good sale prices too.
