hi properly, arranged marriages do no longer sound exciting! even nonetheless, here interior the west there are some losers like me who're no longer able to discover a woman, so i assume i might extra healthful o.k. on India, i'm 23 and nevertheless single, if i became from India, i might already be married via fact of my father and mom' help...... yet here interior the west is so damn perplexing for a guy to discover a woman provided that ladies human beings interior the west anticipate the guy to be provider, protector, tall, humorous, etc, etc, anyhow, with regards to your question......... i think of that arranged marriages are a solid deal for adult adult males, yet regrettably it style of sounds like some women human beings do no longer income from such marriages, as a result, your propose is clever, if the female's family individuals have faith that there is a few thing incorrect with the candidate, then the marriage shouldn't ensue. i like examining national geographic, i study a narrative approximately little little ones on India being compelled to marry this variety, is that quite real? additionally, if the guy seems to be a pretend, is she allowed to divorce him??? do Christians in India even have faith in arranged marriages?

I've known 4 people who have traveled to India. 3 returned the next day after seeing/smelling the country the first time. The other continued on her trip, but vows she'd never go back.

Westerners need to take a series of shots before going, telling me disease is rampant there.

The social system is backwards, including a caste system and medievil 'arranged' marriages.

The people look souless, many with just blank stares on their faces.

The music is horrible.

It seems that MANY Indians want to leave. Very few foreigners want to migrate to India, though.

The perception both in the media and from first hand accounts is that it is a horrible place.

I think mr. fantasy football up there needs to open his eyes to the rest of the world. Just because a society or culture maybe different, does not in any way imply that it is "horrible" as he so bluntly put. I disagree with him entirely- I think those differences are what attracts me to India, not what is drawing me away from it.

India was good as long as it maintained its cultures. nowadays it is so westernized and nobody is following the cultures. I can't say that I love India now because it is not unique anymore.

Buddy i dont agree wid your answer... first of all, that shows what you really think about others....

To counter this let me say that - westerners have lots of tantrums to play around... your body and health is vulnerable to any small thing... you gotta some some really manly immunity.... you get sick soon....

and to answer your concern about blank stares on indian faces... let me tell you itz your misconception.... atleast indians unlike you'z dont pretend to be good and then steal their stuff... i'd say you're simply stealers.... takin undue advantage of others' hospitality....

The reason very few foreigners want to migrate to india because only few have that IQ level to match to india's life and intelligence.... I also pity those indians who wana migrate abroad and i am quite sure they'd realise sometime in their lifetime on what real home is about....

Sometimes i pity the way youz live.... all materialistic world with no aim.....

you have to decide on who seem to get stressed soon.... if you work for two hour continusously you have all reasons to get stressed... suffer from mental disorders.... dont have relations with their parents... most of aged people live in aged care centres or live alone.... by some wat kinda lifez that... yuk!! i am happy and proud for my parents to not having livin in an aged care centre or by themselves at an old age...

Yes for her great "Unity in Diversity" of "cultures and geography." But, most importantly, for her "spiritual values."

i luv india for its history, for its culture. but the culture now, it's horrible, they're all westernizing, wearing bikini's in bollywood movies like dhoom2. is india ammerica or india. if india is india, it better start acting like its india. india can modernize w/o americanizing. you don' need people in delhi acting like they're white hillbillies in america or people that are drunk from my high school and have people in a villag work their asses off to get food to eat.

india's freakin hypocritical. i luv the damn place, but why the hell does it need to idolzie america. america is imperfect. it treats america like its god almost. yes, although indira gandhi would've originally been prime minister, but she received death threats b/c of her italian birth. that italian birth makes her no less indian. i was born in america nad that makes me no less indian. so the general public in india wouldn't like a "westerner" rulling india, but it follows all of the westerners ways and customs.

can't india just embrace what it has nd not import all these ideas and try to assimilate into a world it can never be apart of. you have shilpa shetty dancing in a hindi version "yeh samana" of 50 Cent's "IN Da Club," WTF, man, why the hell is india doing this, its not cool. it's retarded. why are we trying to be who we're not. shabd had spanish music in it like both dhooms. in india, english is a foreign language, who the hell would know a damn thing about teh spanish language?why the hell would you include a lnaguage you would never know? wats up with whiite ladies in bollywood movies: salaame-ishq, k3g, all these damn movies, they have white people in them. white they hell are half teh baackup dancers white if 1 billion of hte ppl in india are indian?

india just doesn't make sense someitmes
