You are at home watching Bushes national address of him in his office. The image flickers, but it turns out that the room was live, but Bush was a generated image and there was some type of computer error. What would you think...What would you do??? It is just a question that I am asking solely out of curiosity, so if I´ve ever asked for something to be kept ´kosher´ before, then now I don´t expect differently...what would you do?

Presidents don't and have not written they're own speeches in like 30 some odd years. JFK was the last known president to put in his own words of a speech.
I really wouldn't do anything. I don't think it would suprise me either. It would just be another way for the public to distance themselves from our politicans.
