can anyone tell me how to get media file to play on my web site?

i have the media player shell but having problems writing in the file for it to play. anyone got any idea's!

download a new copy of the media player.

If you're trying to run a video you're probably better off using a service such as Youtube to host the video. youtube will give you an easy to use code to insert on your website.

There are probably similar services for Audio.
