Having a child is NOT an answer to "fix" a relationship. Besides, you where planning on adopting... you know that otherwise sex is a precondition to a child right?

Seems like a "friendship", especially if your interests are somewhere else and there is no "intimacy". The best thing is to take a step back and decide what "you" want, if you want a relationship with that person, concentrate on that... why are you attracted elsewhere; just for sex? After you decide what you want, let the other person know your feelings and what you want of the relationship. If that's not what you want and you are attracted elsewhere, also let that person know. Seems like you have a good base of a "friendship" so either way that decide can be a "win", just don't wait too long as to not break any hearts or have a broken heart.

YOU need to stop and reread your question! There is NO sex? How do you expect to have a baby? Get real, gf! Have a child with him when you are attracted elsewhere? Why not go elsewhere and fall in love and have wild, good sex and have a baby then if both of you want too? Why would you want to stay with a man that you can only laugh and talk too? You got a girlfriend and boyfriend mixed up here. Think about how silly this sounds to all of us!

Having a child makes things harder on a relationship Most people would love to have the laughter, understanding and physical affection? more than sex be happy that you found someone that loves you for you and not for sex

Does he want to have a child with you? If not, I would not suggest it as it will just complicate things. It is up to you as to what is important in a relationship whether you stay or go, but if you are already attracted elsewhere, then you have basically answered your own question.

Ido not think having a child makes any thing better . if you are in a relationship and things are good between you both then have a child , but a child can make things worse if yu already have problems .. get some sex in your relationship .. by the way how would you have a child if you have no sex ???????

No I wouldn't. I often say that sex isn't enough to make a marriage, but it is enough to break one. If there were some physical reason why there was no sex, then I could understand, but to go in knowing there would be no sex, I don't think so. That sexual connection is what helps to create the intimacy.

If you don't have sex the "have a child" part is pretty much out and I don't think I would want to live without sex all together.

No. You stay in a relationship when you are committed to that person, and NOT looking elsewhere.

Do not stay in this relationship and definitely don't have a baby.
You already said that you are attracted to some one else.

Don't make things worst. Babies do not keep relationships together.
