If I were you I would not make excusses. I think you should just tell your partner the truth. You could also just tell him/her you will give him/her a quickie or go down on him/her. That wouldnt take long and you may even find you forget about how tired you were and enjoy. Sometimes it is very refrshing to have an orgasam and you may perk up! If that picture on your avatar belongs to you then you shouldn't have a problem with not getting any. It doesn't look like you would need any other excuses. That's a good enough excuse in it's self LOL

Ask him/her if shower was taken that day, if the answer is no it can work as an excuse, but if the answer is yes you have to look for a different excuse.

I am in this boat too.I just straight up tell my husband I am tired,I try to reassure him that it is not him,I still love him and find him sexy.I am just to exhausted to enjoy it or make it good for him.
