absolutelY, BUT for some reason i am actually attracted to men with big bushy eyebrows like tupac had. but any ways, make sure you never WAX them tho that looks to forced and unnatural.
my tips are buy an eyebrow kit found at some 99 cents stores it has eyebrow scissors tweezers and eyebrow comb.
1) comb your hair upward then use the scissors and cut the hairs accros the top
2)cut the middle are of your eyebrows (the thickest part) to loosen up some hairs then comb your eyebrows downward.
3)cut the hairs going downward
this should get rid of the bulkiness of your eyebrows without giving you a female arch

its fine to remove some eyebrow hair as nobody can pass it off as well as liam and noel gallager
but dont pluck too much or you will look strange

I think in this day and age it's ok as long as you dont overdo it and it looks obvious that you've done it - a bit of trimming is fine and definitely a good idea if you have a monobrow effect to tidy up that area.

a lot of guys don't pluck there eyebrows and it bugs me! because most of them have a unibrows! p.s. don't make them thin!

In this day and age its called 'grooming'. At the very least you should learn how to trim them. While youre at it, make sure the nose and ear hairs are trimmed, too.
