As this is under fast food, is that what you are asking. Best fast food vs best restaurant. Very different thing. Well, for fast food in NY you certainly don't need to go to MacDonald's etc. So, I would say It's a Wrap, in the 60's on the westside.
Best restaurant, Aureole, the 60's on the eastside.

it all depends on what you want to eat. I like Dallas BBQ's, Applebees, and Sammy's in City Island.
