do not post things like Steve Nash for MVP because that is a waste of time!

I agree with you. They are the best team in the NBA and when he is lights out your team will lose. I do not know how the Mavs would fare without Dirk, because he is unstoppable just about every night. He is consistent too.

Steve Nash has fit the MVP role much more set and coherently. Keep in mind it's the MVP award, the MOST VALUABLE PLAYER. Dirk is valuable to the Mavericks, and he has shown it through different types of hiatus times, but last year in the NBA Finals, he made mistakes during the stretch of the game, and didn't come out to be the leader that we all thought he was. He lets his emotions override him at times, and really isn't the MOST VALUABLE PLAYER in the league. The Suns are 2-4 without Steve Nash in their starting lineup/or even playing for that matter, this season, and he has proven over and over of how valuable he is to that Phoenix team by just giving a glance at the record, you would know. He makes his teammates so much better than Dirk makes his. Nash makes his teammates better than any other player in the league on their respective team for that matter. Steve Nash is definitely more deserving than Dirk Nowitzki.

The real question is who is more valuable to his winning team? Nash or Nowitzki? Nowitzki is more of a one man show that doesn't really make his teammates better. Where Nash is the Suns whole offense and relies on him to run it as well he makes the players around him better. Nash for MVP, I'll bet my first born on it.

I really, REALLY, want Nowitzki to win. That said, just look at what happened once Nash left because of injury, the Suns fell apart meaning the Mav's extended their lead in the race for home court. If they continue to pull away then Dirk definately gets, deserves, to be MVP.

Dirk is unbelievable.Without doubt the best european player in N.B.A.But as far as I know there are three candidates for the MVP title and these are :Steve Nash,Kobe Bryant and LeBron James . These are great players too don't you think.
Hope I prove wrong bit Dirk is not going to be MVP this year!

Well I woul go with Nash considering his team is probably gonna go to the NBA Finals. I still dont like Nowitzki cause he was a total douchebag last year after the Finals where he said that he let them win.

i would love to say yes but considering all factors the mavs team is filled with stars. it makes his job alittle easier. An MVP is a player who makes everyone around him better that doesnt have stars like TERRY, STACKHOUSE, HOWARD, HARRIS. I am not saying he doesnt deserve it but look at the team as a whole he has alot of help
anyways if he wins you know good for him if he doesnt its like i said too many good players
