How can I connect my iPAQ rx 1059 to the Internet...?

I was recently given a HP iPAQ rx 1950 pocket PC as a present. But, although it's a very cool gadget, I have problems connecting it to the Internet. If there's anyone who can help me with this, please tell me what software/hardware/settings are needed in order to do so...

My brother John ask me a similar question two weeks ago.My advice was.Get some help with someone with experience.Trust me in this one.
