Well of coarse I love avatar too. Fans have been waiting too long! I'm pretty sure it will between march and june because of a delay that has happened. I originally predicted March 16th but I actually think it will be between march and mid-april . I predicted this because of book 1 airing february 21st 05 and book 2 March 17th 06. (hasn't kept on scedule!) But if further delay it may come out as late as june! Plus avatar only airs on friday and the 16th happens to be one! They already know the first 4 names of book 3 episodes. one, the awakening two, the headband, three the painted lady, and four sokka's master. The DVDs book 2 volume 2&3 have also been delayed the are coming out in april and may! Yikes! Hope this was helpful!

It should be sometime before May. But after the passing of Mako; the voice actor of Iroh, it's possible it might be delayed until the summer. Since season 1 premiered Feb. 21 and season 2 premiered March 27 I'd estimate sometime around mid-April. Probably during spring break.
