hiding a body?

let's say that i had a dead body on my hands. what can i do with it. not like i need to know or anything

Dead bodies always seem to surface, no matter where you hide them. Scott Peterson thought he did a thorough job when he dumped the bodies of his wife and son, but they washed up on shore about three months later.

Still, assuming you wanted to keep a dead body from being found, I'd say the best way to handle it would be to cut it up into manageable pieces. Be sure to pull the corpse's teeth (lots of bodies are identified by dental records). Then, bury each piece in a different location, preferably a place with high humidity (the body will decompose faster.) If you could get some lime, that would help to degrade the body faster. A swamp would be a good place to dump a body; if an alligator eats it, it's just taken care of the problem and no one will suspect foul play.

Of course, this is all just speculation and hypothetical. Even the most careful body disposals have been discovered. And, these days, they don't need a dead body to convict a person of murder. (I forget the case that set this precedent...) So if you do have a body and you dispose of it, you'll probably still be caught. There really is no perfect crime.

If you had a body on your hands, the best thing to do would be to own up to it. It would go a lot easier on you that way.

I know a perfect way to dispose of a body where no trace will ever be found, but I am not telling because it may give people ideas.

Well have you ever seen the movie Secret Window with Johnny Depp? Do you like corn? I think a person can commit the perfect supposed crime but being humans we generally mess it up with the feelings of guilt or remorse or fear. That is why the best known cases of murders that took forever to solve were serial killers. You would have to be very mythodical in your thinking and planning. Most cannot get past the actual killing with out going insane. Then there is the whole thing of the spirit haunting you forever. If you can handle these things then get some acid and a really big ole bathtub, or just go fishing one day with lots and lots of bait .

Have you tried; Yahoo Answers yet? There are many nobodies hidden there. Many people are cremated these days and I believe there are a few places where people are legally buried in a wilderness type of setting without grave markers etc. You might check for cheap burials if this is a relative. Having them cremated when you cannot afford anything else might be done with the help of the state etc. Call your local funeral home or Church.

Well, there was this recent news story of a mumified corpse found sitting in front of his TV set for a year. Another idea would be to park him at the school library.

read about jeff dahmer, he used to cut the bodies up and put them in some form of acid so that they would dissolve. you can do that or you could get some wild animals to eat it or you could cut the body up and bury it in several places. there are several things you could do with it but the best thing to do would be to bring it to a morgue where they could just bury it.

hmm, tricky one. Book a cruise to the middle of the ocean and dump it. By the time it washes up to shore you'll be long dead (ie your lifespan would have run out, not you'd be killed)
