How can I transfer music from itunes to a usb jumpdrive?

Ive tried several ways but I cant figure out how to do it

In itunes, highlight the songs you want to copy, right click, then hit copy. Go to your jumpdrive in My Computer open it up and right click and hit paste. Should save the song in *.m4a format.
