Because Howard is in the Bahamas for a reason and made Anna move there for the same reason - the US can't extradite people from the Bahamas. He has been controlling her for years and is such a psycho he would even take the childs right to her REAL father from her. I can almost guarantee it is Larry. Why else would he pursue this if a simple test can prove he is not the father? And why wouldn't Howard submit to a test if he IS? This is a freakshow and a disgrace to our court system that a man can hijack another mans child when it is obvious Howard is not a good person when 2 people died in his "care" in less than 5 months.

Perhaps if people wasn't so interested in Anna Nicole's business, they would have determined who the father is by now. The DNA has been taken from all three men. Unfortunately, it takes a few days to get the results, sometimes even weeks. Patience is a virtue. Thanks.

I imagine since the baby is worth about 400 Million dollars now, they are going to be certain via the tests to see who gets custody...(supreme court ruled ms.smith gets the money from the old guy)......I feel sorry for that little girl, she'll never know her brother, and her mother, and when she is older, she will be able to see and read all that was posted in the press/magazines etc. about her mother, that is kinda sad, to me anyway....

A couple of factors:
1) All of the prospective fathers need to step forward to be tested
2) The "fathers" who are not the father want to block the testing as long as possible in hopes for a joint custody hearing. (Joint custody of the baby's trust fund...not the baby.)
3) The lawyers want to drag it out...they bill by the hour.

I agree with Squiddy. Add on top of it, it's a media circus and you know they are going to milk this for as long as they can. Sad
