Do you handle constructive criticism well?

if i request it or even if its offered and it's delivered in a way that is not condesending or belittling, then yes, i can handle it well. if someone gives it and is degrading or makes me feel like an idiot then they can just kiss my a**.

I don't handle it well at all. My theory is if you want to criticize someone you'd better take a good look in the mirror before you do so. We weren't put on this earth to JUDGE one another. But it's sad to say some people are natural constructive critics and it's not healthy for them or others. But if you were criticize them I bet they wouldn't handle well either. A person who criticizes others, I believe they're not to happy with themselves. So, they think by hurting others is okay and it's not. BEWARE all you critics what goes around comes around. And it will bite you in the buttocks double.

Eventually I do but I'm a Cancerian so it does take me a while to stop sulking! It might take me a while but I do get there in the end and can admit when someone has a point. Just recently my husband told me I baby our sons too much and I reacted like an enraged lioness. When I calmed down, much as I hated to admit it, he did have a point. I think you just need to realise that sometimes people criticize for your own good, they're trying to help you.

Constructive criticism, yes - destructive criticism, no. It depends on the manner in which the person tells me, too.
