The show is not ending, in fact it won the Monday night ratings race for 3 weeks in a row.
Speedle was killed off because he was not participating and learning his lines etc. He did not want to be separated from his family any more. He was in LA, they were in NY.
Marisol was killed by a bullet to torment Horatio . Her role was not supposed to have been long term. She was dying anyway. She had terminal breast cancer and had stopped treatment, and to make the short time she had had left, she wanted to get married and have that experience before she died. So that was how Horatio and herself ended up married
Delko isn't dead. He was shot, flat lined for a while and was resuscitated. They could not kill off a popular character. He currently is suffering from short term memory loss and is having to relearn alot of things to be able to do his job.

they didn't kill off eric he's still on there and no their not ending the show the actor that played speedle wanted to be let out of his contact to make movies so he asked the producers to kill he off of the show

Rory Cochrane wanted out, he was sick of the technobabble. The others, I can't say, but I'd bet their glad to be off a sinking ship.

CSI Miasma started okay, but now it makes the New York version look good. Bruckheimer should have followed the maxim, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas".

I feel that the Eric shooting is more of the (stargate atlantis-Ford) thing going on. They have a not-so-very-smart character that can't seem to do anything right, and then kill him off. Or in this case damage his brain.

Eric wasn't killed, he just got shot. He was back on the show this week.

No. I think sadly their deaths were simply plot-related. It is a very highly rated show this season.
