Your antivirus program should get rid of it, if you don't have one use AVG.

No single anti-spyware application is perfect so I recommend using at least 2 different programs. SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes are two of the best. Other free anti-spyware programs would be Spybot Search & Destroy, Adaware, AVG Anti-spyware (formally Ewido), A-squared, Spyware Terminator and SpywareBlaster. I strongly recommend using FireFox, it's a far better and safer alternative to Internet Explorer. If you add-on McAfee SiteAdvisor, it will warn you of potentially harmful sites. I also recommend CCleaner which is a free system optimization and privacy tool.

ewido is the best general Trojan remover available. It is a full function/full time 30 day free trial. At the end of the trial period it stops being full time program and becomes an "on demand" program.
I keep it on my computer and scan with it once a week.

Avast! Antivirus. It also protects your computer from other viruses, even from email & P2P services like Kazaa.
I'd suggest getting AdAware and Spybot as well, just in case it's adware or spyware.
