Locate the model number of your NVidia graphic card and check the specs on the NVidia website. I'm guessing you have AGP (not API) on a two year old system unless you had a top of the line gaming setup (and with that, you'd probably thoroughly know every single component in your system).

Even if your PC has an AGP slot, chances are you also have PCI slots. The rep probably asked if you have PCI or PCI-E (Express). Check your Motherboard manufacturer's website to find out.

They're asking you if you are PCI express or AGP, you can open your control panel in windows, double click on system, then click on hardware, then click on device manager, next click on the + sign next to Display adapters, then click on properties and it should tell you in there if you have an agp or pci express card.

you have to unscrew the tower and just look in the back where you have your graphics card slot and it should say either pci- pci-or api

cant tell you exactly where cause it depends on your comp but it's in there it shouldnt be to hard to find or unscrew ok gl

Look up your model on your manufacturer's web site, it will tell you there. It is PCI or AGP.
