I will presume you mean political corruption.
The quickest and easiest way to stop corruption would be to take peoples personal lives out of politics. Rather than electing the best and brightest our country has to offer regardless of his or her peculiarities (like we used to), we now elect people on their "electability," which bears no semblance of reality. Therefore what do you expect? Once a person has to lie about their personal life it opens the flood gates of corruption.
Make all elections publicly funded period. Money when put to work becomes your agent and no longer should be considered freedom of speech, freedom of speech means your mouth your words not the words your money can buy.
Remove lobbyists from the system completely, I have experience with these types and I can tell you they are evil and corrupting. It all starts with an innocent lunch and goes down hill from there. A snake is a snake by any other name. If you need to know how to vote how why not have town hall meetings and get the opinion right from the horses mouth so to speak?

Learn about it. Find out what causes it and circumvents it. It's human nature to be corrupt on some level though, you will never stop it.

Implement the death penalty. Either people will be too afraid to be corrupt. Or they will be corrupt, then executed, then they won't be corrupt anymore, they'll be dead. Problem solved.

If you live in NJ,USA.Vote out ALL incumbents,regardless of party.Keep doing it until they get the idea.It will take a few elections.The corrupt are legion.

Term limits in Congress would be a good start. There are too many politicians that have been there WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too long. Both sides of the aisle.
