it looks ok and has flowers, but some fo the leaves have dried out and droppped

It is the normal colour of the root. Pick out the dried leaves. don't water to much.

In addition to digging the new shoots and replanting them, you can root a leaf with very good success. Cut of a five or six inch tip section of leaf and let it dry in a shady spot for a couple of days. When the cut has dried and calloused over put the leaf cut side down about a third of it's length deep in a pot of soil and keep it moist. The leaf will grow roots and become another plant in a short time.

this is normal. it is supprosed to look like this.
