I'm taking my boyfriend to a concert as a "stress buster" break from writing his grad school papers. There are several bands to choose from in the area, but I'm leaning toward Pink Martini, which is billed as a jazz/folk/world music-type band. Can anyone tell me about them and if their concerts are any good? Thanks!

They're fantastic. Doesn't matter which kind of music you like. You will have a lot of fun. They've been here in Turkey for three or four times, and I watched them twice. I enjoyed both of them. They only play one or two different songs every time, most of the songs are the same. (They have only two albums already). But the show they're performing must be seen.
