well, hold your head up high and pull your shoulders back. other than that, im afraid that there is no way of shading or applying make up to hide it. Perhaps fake tan. that makes everyone look thinner!!!
Dont mind those eman people telling you to get on a thread mill. Some people can still have this problem without being over weight.

You actually can't, it's a genetic thing and a mock turtle neck would be better then a full turtleneck when it comes up too high it emphasizes your double chin. You can put darker foundation on the chin underneath but then you have the problem of messing up your sweaters. Smile a lot to give your checks the exercise to pull up, otherwise surgery is the only option.
And I have opted out of that one, seen too many thing go wrong and its way too expensive. I think I start wearing scarves like Candice Bergen who also suffers from turkey neck.

try using two colour foundation instead of one. one light and one dark. The dark one should go on the bottom half of your face so your chin looks a bit smaller or not so big. but blend carefully and make sure the colours come together nicely so your face do not look like a flag. Better still, go to make up counters like mac or clinique and get the staff to pick out the colours that work for your skin. good luck girl!
