I wanted to test time dialation (yes, I know it has been proven already) I already have the equation. I thought I could have someone keep track of their time while they take a fast car ride, while I stay at home. We would both synchronize our watches.
Could I measure ANY results in this manner? Basically, I wanted to test time dialation at low velocities (like 70 MPH). Is this possible, or do I need to get someone to ride in an airplane to notice any "change" in time?

NO. You will need clocks that can record times to pico seconds which are thousandths of a billionth of a second. You cannot afford the millions to buy them or build them.

i think if you keep on doing for a few thousand years even at that velocity you would observe some
