This is officially almost impossible expect you have a nationality of the European Union (EU-15, situation as per 2003).

Only chances would be to come here for study reasons or to work for the subsidiary for an international company with headquarters in your home country - so you would be sent here.

Or you marry someone with a Swiss passport or a residential permit in Switzerland.

Otherwise: no chance, sorry!!

Have family ties there, if not it's a tough sell to get into the richest per capita country in the world! Ironically they have the highest rate of suicide consistently, which might tell you something about money.
Oh, and birds migrate so the first answer is correct! Humans emigrate (away from) or immigrate (to).

It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to do that. Switzerland is one of the most strictest countries concerning immigration. I've lived there, and we had to move because we thought we wouldn't get citizenship. but, if you have family there, it might happen.
