Is there a way to have a phone directory in Outlook converted to a Word file so it can be emailed?

View the directory or folder
Files Import/Export Export to a File Next
Choose a type, Comma or Tab Delimited or if you want to send it as a table, Excel and then copy from Excel to Word.
Name the file, etc.

Yes, go to File then Import and Export, then select Export to a File. You can export to an Excel file easily from there.
