The coin for Kansas City was in Penn Valley Park at the Pioneer Mother Statue. I drove from Des Moines to Kansas City only to find a laminated note stating: Dr Pepper Contestants, the coin for the Kansas City Area has been found. Thanks for Playing. In the time that I was there about ten other groups arrived. Needless to say, everyone was very disappointed because the rules were very deceiving. Most people understood the rules to mean that the coins could not be placed until the 21st. However some people decided to stay all night just incase the sign was a fake. I just think that Dr. Pepper needs to update their sight because I am sure that there will be many people driving long distances tomorrow to look for a coin that has already been found.

So, I get that you have "friends" in other cities who are doing the hunt, have found coins, etc. But how do you know that coins are buried in all of these other cities? (e.g. Houston, Los Angeles, etc.) The Hunt is a contest where only the people who purchase Dr. Pepper product can plug in different codes, and are then provided with clues to direct them to the coin in their region/city. Unless you work for Cadbury Schweppes or have been hired by them to start some type of viral blog on the internet to drum up some testimonials and support, I have a lot of doubt in your statements about all of these other cities. I don't understand how you know where other coins are placed across the country, without being in those areas and punching in the clues. Obviously, I am an angry "Hunt" player myself because I'm on your blog looking for answers......I was hunting in Philadelphia and didn't determine the answer until late last night - but was actually at the location the night before but didn't put it all together in time. If you tell me where the coin was found in Philly, I would then have to believe your sources are credible.

Listen up Macattack you are ridiculous, what is this Lancaster stuff next to Philadelphia? do you even know what your talking about and where Lancaster even is? your just making things up, I can say with confidence the Philadelphia coin has probably not been found yet. This definately is the hardest of the 23 hunts. Anyway AntRiz11 you say you knew where it was but not in time, what does that mean? did you see a note from Dr Pepper. or are you just saying it was not there? There is know way you could even know where it was anyway with them last couple clues. So Has the Philadelphia coin been found or not!

I am going to have to believe the person who talks about giving proof....I am in Oklahoma city and I don't think that the coin has been found, but if the location were given which apparently someone already knows then I will be happy to know and I will stop looking. This way I will know that I was close or completely wrong on the location.

I went to the location in Houston yesterday, and there were already several (about 5) people waiting around the location. There was no letter left, and everyone was just waiting. I know this was the right spot, and so did the others so I guess they had not dropped it yet.
