My two sons ages 3 and 6 still believe in the easter bunny. Last year we painted eggs and put them all over the house. Easter morning the eggs were all outside with chocolates beside them. So they thought the easter bunny did all that and gave them a chocolate for each egg they painted.I have 8 acres of land and this year I really want to do something fun and creative for easter. I want to do something in the yard that would shock my boys and make them happy, Does anyone have any ideas for the easter bunny to do? Christmas I put candy all around the yard and made prints where santa was...I have a house where there is 2 roofs and one of them is low so I made the sleigh marks on the roof so they can see how santa got in. Valentines I made them mailboxes filled with cards and goodies and hung them on the door but now I am stumped for Easter! Any ideas?

I can think of a few ideas. One would be a scavenger hunt. Make a list on bunny stationary or such and make a list of things that the bunny left for them to find. Another could be a list of clues to find where the bunny left some things. Either list could go in an empty Easter basket in front of their bedroom door. I did that with my 2 and they got very excited. For your 3 year old you could do pictures instead of clues.
Another idea I did for a birthday party was to tie a treat or their easter basket at the end of some yarn, hide it outside and wrap the yarn all over so they have to follow the yarn to find the treat.
Another idea would be to get easter bunny cut outs and hide them all over and have the boys find them. You can also get carrots and leave carrots around cuz bunnies love carrots and leave a treat next to the bitten carrots.
I have alot of fun with my kids for the holidays as well.

Do a scavenger hunt for their easter presents. A few days before easter sent your boys a letter in the mail from Mr. Easter Bunny himself. Telling tehm on easter morning you will have to hunt for their presents as there is so many childern depending on him this year. Decide where you want them place and include "clues" in your letter. You could take the boys out the day the letter comes and let them see that their isn't anything yet.

At Easter I love driving by homes that have decorated a small bush or tree with plastic eggs.
