when will platie give birth?

my daughter has a red platie. her stomach is very big almost like a square shape. does this meen shes pregnant? and how long until birth? her belly keeps getting larger.

She sounds pregnant to me. If she's been near a male within the last couple months, she is likely pregnant. Before giving birth, their bellies do tend to take on a square shape. She may also swim erradically up and down the tank and refuse to eat. Her dark gravid spot (if you can see it) will also drop further down just before she gives birth.
But no one can predicit it to the minute, you'll just have to keep a close eye on her. She sounds very close, though.
