The old lady (passed) was a Ms. Clara Peller and it was a Wendy's commercial, anfd it had to do with other hamburger joints, that the meat patty was too little, and she whould say ,,"wheres the beef",, and then go to a Wendys,,,,

It started in Wendy's commercials, claiming that their burgers have more beef than their competetors.

Now, it's a rude way of a girl (not me) saying a guy is "inadequate" (sorry guys)

Remember the other one, It was a tire commercial, the old lady picks up the tire and the speaker is saying if you don't like them you can bring 'em back...as she throws it through the window..the 80's!!

Spoken by the late Clara Peller in the Wendy's commercials in the 1980s. It was referring to the size of the Wendy's burgers in comparison to the burgers of other fast food outlets of the time.

I think it was a Wendy's Hamburgers commercial.
It had 3 old ladies that were at McDonald's, or some other fast food chain, and when they got their hamburgers one of the old ladies replied, "Where's the beef?"
