is anybody watching the new series i think it is getting boring now when they keep going back to their past i wish they would concentrate on the island then it would be more interesting.

I've been watching the new series and I must admit that it's got a bit boring - there's just no story development. I was thinking this the other day - you have to weigh up a balance between story and character development and Lost seems to be going more towards the latter and I think that is Lost's problem. Still the Desmond storyline is interesting I guess (or at least could be) and it's been a while since Kate's got her kit off, so perhaps there's still hope.

I completely disagree. I think all the information about their pasts is ultimately going to make the series connect in a way we can't foresee now. If they just focus on the island, it'd become boring quite fast.

I have to disagree with you. Showing flashbacks of the characters' pasts helps explain why some of the things that happen on the island happen. I still think the show is very interesting. It's like one big mystery and it's so suspensful. I can't wait to find out what the "others" are all about.

ive stopped watching Lost now, they are running out of ideas, i dont wanna get 3 years down the line after watching ALL them episodes to just go...."oh.....THATS how it ended....really? thats crap!!!"
