that will actually do more harm than help it puts your muscles in a canabolic state which means you tear them down and do not give them time to recover you should not work the same muscle group without at least a 24 hour rest period between work 72 hours is normally optimal also try to keep workouts under a hour to prevent lactic acid build-up

You would have to be on steroids or a genetic freak to gain from a schedule like that. Your body needs to recover and rest after a hard workout. That pace would quickly lead you to overtraining, which would cause you to LOSE muscle. Try weights 4 days a week for 1 hour including warm-up time. To create more definition, do cardio and reduce your carb intake, especially sugar.

60min a day,3times a week.You do one day then rest to let the muscles grow.So lift weights mon,wed and fri.
