Yes I do and when my mom asked the doctor about it when I was born he said there was no need to remove it unless it bothered me and it never did. The doctor also told my mom that everyone actually has 4 nipples in the womb but 2 are supoosed to disappear.

Sorry, I'm a twin not a t triplet. If I did have one, I would only get it removed if it was gross. It it wasn't noticeable, I'd keep it. But I can only say that b/c I don't have one.
